Snow has come to the Alps early this year, and it keeps on coming! The picture at the top left of this email was taken Thursday, 27 November outside Chalets Merlo and Pecchio.

The snow has been so fantastic that the entire lift system opened early at the weekend. We look set to have one of the finest starts to a season for years. It's not too late to book for the Christmas and New Year periods - we also have some availability in January and are offering short, 4-day ski breaks in non-peak weeks (outside school holidays).

Many thanks to all those who came to see us at the Luxury Travel Fair, we had a very successful show and met plenty of new ski and property enthusiasts.

We are delighted to announce that the winner of our prize draw is Victoria Franklin. Victoria chose a limited edition print of the shot on the right in a custom-made wooden frame. Congratulations to Victoria.

French Mountain Property - Rent before you Buy

Our three chalets in la Côte d´Aime are available to rent fully furnished. We can now offer these chalets as fully-furnished rentals with the opportunity to buy, with any rent paid discounted against the purchase price, at the end of the rental period.

One of our apartments in Bellentre is also now available to rent. Although these apartments are not for sale, if you rented one and then chose to buy another FMP property, you would have any rent paid discounted against the purchase price of the FMP property.
