Dear Skier

As the temperature drops and the first snow falls, we are delighted to be able to announce that we have sold Chalet La Licorne in Peisey-Nancroix. The new owners took possession last month.

We have also sold a luxury chalet off-plan with an indoor pool in the village of le Miroir (near Sainte Foy). It is a ground-up rebuild of an old chalet and work started this summer (please see plans and photographs). We are installing geothermal heating with this chalet which will save a massive amount on energy costs.

These recent sales underline our sound business model, developing a select property portfolio of exceptional quality. Our long-term future is secure and we continue to cultivate fantastic relationships with our clients - enjoying Alpine life with them.

We are planning exciting new developments and recognise that the financial climate and unfavourable Euro/Sterling exchange rates have affected the movement of our current developments and therefore our progress.

With this in mind, we have re-assessed the pricing structure for our chalets in la Côte d´Aime (only two of these chalets are now available and they are also available on a Try-Before-You-Buy basis) and the development in le Villard (Sainte Foy), which includes Chalet Chardonneret.

Please see details below:

We are now offering the remaining two La Cote d’Aime chalets at €525,000 each (reduced from the original price of €750,000 each).

The chalets are also available to rent on a Try-Before-You-Buy basis, fully furnished €2,500 each per month on a minimum 6-month renewable basis.

This is a great opportunity for potential buyers to get a feel for the property and Alpine life. There is no obligation to buy at the end of the rental term but if you do choose to buy at the end of the rental term we will discount any rent paid against the purchase price of your chalet.

La Côte d´Aime is just 10/15 minutes drive respectively from the ski areas of Montalbert and Montchavin and is only 4 minutes from Aime, a Eurostar stop.

We are now offering Chalet Chardonneret, le Villard at €1.2 million (reduced from original price of €1.5 million).

We can also offer a reduction on the planned additional 3 chalets on this site: Price range now €900,000 to €1.2 million (reduced from the original range of €1.2 million to €1.5 millon).

Sainte Foy village is just a short walk from le Villard and the chalets are in the perfect position to access a host of ski areas, with Villaroger and Sainte Foy both 5 minutes drive, and Val d'Isère only 20 minutes drive.

The build specification of Chalet Chardonneret is similar to that of the luxurious Chalet Merlo and boasts a 15th century fireplace.

We appreciate the tough times that we are all facing and believe that these reduced prices offer a unique opportunity to acquire property in the French Alps at incredible value.

These reduced prices can only be held for a limited period in line with our near-term planning. A change in outlook or movement in other projects will see the price of these developments rise.

The popularity of the French Alps continues to grow and the constantly improving infrastructure for winter and summer activity provides a wonderful base for both a home and an investment.

Best wishes for the coming ski season.
