Peisey-Nancroix ancienne maison de curé (old rectory) - FMP invited to submit proposal for development

Having received positive local feedback for our renovation of chalet La Licorne and for the plans for an additional large chalet on the adjoining plot, the Maire (Mayor) of Peisey-Nancroix has invited us to submit a proposal for the large ancienne maison de curé (old rectory), which is to the rear of La Licorne and the adjoining plot.

It is a large building that has stood empty for many years, but with the roof now leaking the Maire wants to take action before it falls into disrepair. Its imposing position overlooking the village, next to the village church, and close to the ski lift, makes it a very attractive proposition.

The invitation to tender a proposal (other developers have also been invited to tender, as per convention) is really exciting for us - there's a huge amount of potential for the building and it's great to have our build quality and style recognised.

We hope to be successful with our proposal - please see our sketches for a development of 7/8 apartments and some photos of the building below (clicking on the small square with protruding arrow on far right of thumbnails will render a full-screen gallery to see detail). We'll keep you posted.
