With each of these three chalets there is potential to build a mezzanine floor (for additional bedroom and en-suite bathroom): the height from the second floor to main beam is 4.5m, therefore a mezzanine spanning the 3 central beams and from front to back would give additional surface area of 27.75m2 - the height would be between 1.8 & 1.5m. Work for these conversions would have to be agreed as an additional contract to the sale.
The development will be high specification, similar to Chalet Merlo, using the optimum combination of traditional materials and modern building techniques:
If a sale is agreed during the development process the buyer can influence the interior finishes.
