The development could be completed by winter 2008.
The chalet will have 6/7 bedrooms and 5 shower/bathrooms, 6/7 reception rooms, laundry room and 2 separate WCs. Surface areas: 320m² Shon (habitable area) and 383m² Shob (including balconies, terraces, stairs and space more than 1.8m below ground level). Please see details below.
We have revised the price on this development as we currently intend to sell the main chalet independently of any other developments on the large plot of land - the plans currently show the possibility of a pool house and annexe chalet and garages, however, there is also a possibility that two separate chalets could be built instead. Whilst we are in the process of drawing up new plans a buyer can influence the direction of developments on this site.
The main house will be high specification, similar to Chalet Merlo, using the optimum combination of traditional materials and modern building techniques:
If a sale is agreed during the development process the buyer can influence the interior finishes.
FMP reserves the right to amend the above detailed description according to regulations and according to any practice in force at the time of works, and to replace apparatus during the course of construction, taking due care that replacements are of identical quality.
For guidance on the buying process, please see our Buying Guide

Back to main La Licorne details
All site plans are representative; dimensions given and areas shown may differ as FMP develops ski properties, making minor modifications.
Peisey-Nancroix is located between the main ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs. A ski lift in the village, about a 200m walk or ski from the chalet, rises to the north station of the spectacular Vanoise Express high speed cable car, which joins Les Arcs with La Plagne, creating Paradiski, one of the largest ski areas in Europe.
The village is a gem of traditional Savoyard architecture but also well known for its Bourgeoisie houses - in the 19th century villagers left to find fortune in Paris and returned with money to build ornately-styled houses that were all the rage in Paris. Many examples remain and Peisey has a wonderful, untouched feel.
The village is a thriving community with a village school, restaurants, a small supermarket, Intersport (for ski equipment and hire), a garage and a Boulangerie. It is also an excellent location from which to enjoy the mountains through the summer (the pictures on the left were all taken in the summer).
