These sketched plans show a luxury chalet development adjoining an existing building which will also be renovated to the same high standard in the village of Tignes les Brévières.

This configuration shows the chalet with 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a total of 315m2 of habitable space (excluding balcony, staircases, cave/storage space).

Tignes les Brévières is a ski in/ski out location, one of the five villages that make up the resort of Tignes, joining up with Val d'Isère to make the giant ski area that is Espace Killy.

The floor plans are highlighted in pink in the above gallery and show the adjoining property plans slightly faded. The plans show the following layout:

  • Enormous lower-ground floor garage with storage space and parking for 5 cars.
  • Ground floor with ski/boot store, a large area for a gym or games room or tv den, and bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom.
  • First floor with bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5, each with an en-suite bathroom, and two balconies.
  • Second floor with living area and open fire, dining area, kitchen, bedroom 6 and en-suite bathroom, a balcony and a terrace.
  • Third floor with large mezzanine.

We are presenting the chalet in this configuration at €2.5 million.

Tignes les Brévières is arguably the prettiest of the five villages and still preserves its authentic rural appeal. With a bubble lift and a four-person lift in the village there is quick access to 300 km of world-class skiing, avoiding the queues of Val d'Isère. There is also a button lift servicing the Beginners' slope.

North-facing blue, red and black runs drop into the heart of the village and the aspect combined with the high altitude usually allows skiing well into May. The Grande Motte glacier above Tignes offers year-round skiing.

There are two great restaurants at the foot of the pistes and Tignes les Brévières is a renowned lunch destination.
