We are delighted to announce the completion of Chalet Pèlerin in Le Miroir and we have also recently completed Chalet Jumeaux in Montvalezan, and have two more large chalet developments that we are building to client specification in the Montvalezan locale. Our busy building schedule underlines our sound business model, producing a select property portfolio of exceptional quality. Our long-term future is secure and the fantastic relationships we have established with our buyers are something we will continue to cultivate.

We are planning exciting new developments and recognise that the financial climate and current unfavourable Euro/Sterling exchange rates are affecting the movement of our current developments and therefore our progress.

With this in mind, we have re-assessed the pricing structure for our three chalets in La Cote d’Aime (which are also available to rent on a Try-Before-You-Buy basis) and the development in le Villard (nr Sainte Foy), which includes Chalet Chardonneret.

We are now offering Chalet Bouvreuil in La Cote d’Aime at Euros 495k (reduced from the original price of Euros 750K each).

We have now further reduced Chalet Chardonneret to Euros 995k (original price was Euros 1.5 million). We can also offer a reduction on the planned additional 3 chalets on this site, with prices from Euros 895k.

We appreciate the tough times that we are all facing, but believe that these reduced prices offer a unique opportunity to acquire property in the French Alps at incredible value.

These reduced prices will only be held for a limited period in line with our near-term planning. A change in outlook or movement in other projects will see the price of these developments rise.

The popularity of the French Alps continues to grow and the constantly improving infrastructure for winter and summer activity provides a wonderful base for both a home and an investment.
