We are pleased to announce that we can now offer some of our current developments as fully-furnished rentals with the opportunity to buy the property with any rent paid discounted against the purchase price at the end of the rental period.

We also maintain close relationships with the owners of chalets that we have developed, and in several cases we help them rent out their properties through our sister company, Harwood Enterprises.

We can offer a range of property accommodating any stay from luxury, catered ski and summer breaks to self-catered apartments and chalets that can be rented for the entire season or year.

 

la Côte d´Aime

3 new chalets built in the Savoyard style to exacting modern standards. In the lovely village of la Côte d´Aime (14km from Bourg St Maurice), the chalets have great views towards the Peisey valley, Les Arcs and La Plagne.

With easy access to a host of ski areas the chalets are available to rent fully furnished over the ski season or for the whole year (minimum rent 6 months).

We are now offering the opportunity for potential buyers of these chalets to rent during the ski season or summer to get a feel for the property and Alpine life. If you choose to buy at the end of the rental term we will discount any rent paid against the purchase price of your chalet.

The chalets have the following features:

Between Bourg Saint Maurice and Moutiers, la Côte d'Aime is a tranquil, traditional village at an altitude of approximately 1000m, on the doorstep of the National Park of Beaufortin. On the South-facing side of the valley, it benefits from a unique microclimate known as the Versant de Soleil, which makes it almost Mediterranean in the summer.

Montalbert and Montchavin are the nearest ski areas - 10 and 15 minutes drive respectively from la Cote d'Aime. Both are lovely, traditional village resorts with runs and lifts, and are part of the la Plagne ski area (interlinked with runs and lifts), which in turn is linked to Les Arcs to make Paridiski, the 3rd largest ski area in the world.

Eurostar stops in the town of Aime, just five minutes drive from la Côte d'Aime. Fly into Chambéry, Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva.

Villard de Bellentre

A development of 7 new apartments to rent in the tiny hamlet of Villard de Bellentre between Bourg St Maurice and Aime. This tiny hamlet of 5 houses, inhabited all year round, is situated on the south-facing slopes of the Valley with stunning views across the Valley to Les Arcs and La Plagne.

The apartments are being built with typical FMP attention to detail, using the best of traditional features with modern techniques. We have adopted some local building features of the hamlet and used recovered timber and stone, and terracotta tiles for the roofing.

Nearest ski resort is Montchavin, less than 10 minutes drive away.
